Position - APM MI SME –
Job Title: GE APM MI Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities:
Expert Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert in Mechanical Integrity Standard Practices (580/581), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), and Inspection Management, providing authoritative advice and solutions to clients.
APM Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimization of APM solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements, ensuring high performance, reliability, and alignment with industry standards.
Training and Support: Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions on APM software for clients, enhancing their understanding, effectiveness, and usage of tools available in the APM suite.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to translate their requirements into actionable recommendations for our development team, fostering continuous improvement in product offerings and service delivery.
Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot technical issues related to APM applications, addressing customer concerns with efficiency and expertise to minimize downtimes and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in GE APM architecture, design, implementation, and monitoring systems.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field; relevant professional experience in APM-related domains is also acceptable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of developing effective solutions to technical challenges.
Certifications: GE APM certifications are highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

PPI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining multiple PPI managed database systems. You will work closely with the IT teams to ensure the performance, security, and integrity of our managed databases, as well as assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain database architecture for all company managed databases
- Create database systems that are scalable, efficient, and secure
- Participate in the planning and execution of database upgrades and migrations
- Implement and maintain database security measures to ensure data protection
- Monitor database performance and optimize as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features or functionalities
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on database-related topics
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in database technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Engineer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Proficient in SQL and database programming languages (PL/SQL, T-SQL, etc.)
